When my clients purchased this family summer home, the rooms although huge were furnished in rather dark and sombre shades.  Surrounded by extensive beautiful gardens, the inside needed to reflect the outside.

 

The house has undergone extensive refurbishment, with more recent alterations to floors and kitchen. Fussy tiles have been replaced with stylish wood and a contemporary white kitchen replacing the original dark green units. 

 

We we were tasked with adding simple window dressings throughout the entire property in fresh summery shades. Paints on the whole, are light and bright with the odd accent colour.

Pleated roof blinds add much needed shade to a dazzlingly bright sunny Orangery.

The upholstery in sumptuous velvet chenille is stylish and comfortable, a stunning blue velvet stripe adding a luxe feel.

No stone was left unturned, even the summer house has been given a makeover.
